Parque das Nações
Built for Expo 98 and was planned from the start to become a modern location with homes, businesses, and parks.

Introduction
Parque das Nações, transformed by Expo 98, revitalized 340 hectares along the Tagus River, introducing modern architecture, green spaces, and cultural venues, making it one of Lisbon’s most vibrant districts.
As a cultural hub, it features the iconic Pavilhão de Portugal by Álvaro Siza Vieira and the Oceanário de Lisboa. Public art includes João Cutileiro’s "O Homem Sol" and Bordalo II’s eco-art murals. Galeria Underdogs showcases urban art, while Teatro Camões hosts the National Ballet of Portugal.
Events like FIL (Feira Internacional de Lisboa) bring global cultural and artistic showcases, making Parque das Nações a true blend of modernity and creativity.

what to love
Modern design with high-rises and stunning river views.
A mix of corporate and residential spaces, creating a lively vibe.
Riverfront parks that feature skate parks, gyms, and bike paths for outdoor fun.
Attractions like the Lisbon Oceanarium, Pavilhão do Conhecimento, and Altice Arena entertain all ages.
local lifestyle
Parque das Nações offers fantastic places for both a quick meal and fine dining, as well as places for shopping, and entertainment.
Residents are a short walk away from Vasco da Gama Shopping Center, and cultural spots like the Altice Arena and Pavilhão do Conhecimento.
Riverside promenades and green spaces make it perfect for outdoor fun, appealing to people of all ages, from young professionals and families to active retirees.
THE WEATHER
Parque das Nações has a Mediterranean climate, with mild winters (8–15°C / 46–59°F) and warm, dry summers (18–28°C / 64–82°F).
Since it is within the micro climate of the city of Lisbon, it is relatively hot during the summer, but is pleasantly offset by an extensive array of shade trees.
The area is also protected from predominant northwesterly winds, being a comfortable place to live year-round.
I wouldn't personally consider Parque das Nações a tourist destination, although I understand that art and special event enthusiasts might enjoy visiting it for its serenity and the diverse range of attractions it offers. It is also a wonderful place to live.
MARKET PRICES
The real estate market in Parque das Nações offers modern apartments and high-rises with Tagus River views.
