Angelo Soares
PhD in Sustainable Energy Systems and Energy and Environment Engineer
My job is to turn property into numbers you can trust, whether it’s land to develop, a home to renovate or a house to sell. I combine a PhD in Sustainable Energy Systems with years of data analytics and an early start on construction sites, where I first worked at 15. Together with my colleagues, I run the full analysis on every property: zoning and buildable area, construction and renovation costs, licensing timeline, taxes and the final sale value. The result is a clear answer on what to build or improve, what to pay and what to expect in return. And every home we design or renovate is energy-efficient and built to last.
